Hello friends, my name is Josafat Baez Jiménez But you can also call me for some of my nicknames (Fato, Fatush, skinny boy, skinny), I am originally from Mexico City and I want to share my story with you.
At an early age, I was fortunate to discover that my passion in life was cooking, so I decided to get to work and prepare myself to improve my knowledge as well as my techniques. I studied gastronomy and graduated from the Restaurant Professional training Center, which led me to work in different restaurants in Mexico City and Guanajuato.
A great job opportunity brought me here, to the beautiful island women where for 8 years, I had the opportunity to work in different restaurants in the area, which allowed me to grow both as a professional and as a human being.
Now, I have decided to undertake a new adventure and put all my love for the kitchen and everything I learned during my years of experience, at the service of people who rent some property to come to visit Isla mujeres and they need someone to prepare their food.
